Information you provide
The project inquiry form asks for your name, company, email address, optional phone number, project location, expected timing, and a description of the work. The careers form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, relevant experience, and availability. Please do not send Social Security numbers, identity documents, financial account details, or other sensitive records through these forms.
How information is used
Irvin, Inc. uses project inquiries to review the proposed work and respond to you. Careers information is used to review your introduction and discuss possible work opportunities. Submitting a form does not sign you up for marketing emails.
Delivery and service providers
Form submissions are emailed to Scott Irvin through Google Workspace. Authorized Irvin, Inc. administrators can access these messages. Vercel hosts the website and processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and request times, to deliver and secure the site. Form submissions are not stored in a separate website database.
Cookies and analytics
The public website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and website use. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes information about your browser, device, and activity on the site. Website form entries are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are not enabled by the website code. You can restrict cookies through your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Retention and security
Submitted messages remain in the company mailbox and may be retained for project, recruiting, operational, or legal needs. Technical records are retained according to the service providers’ settings and practices. The website uses HTTPS and restricted administrative access. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy questions
You can browse without submitting a form. To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question, email admin@irvinindy.com. Requests will be reviewed in light of applicable law and any business or legal retention requirements.
