Founder & President
Scott Irvin
Scott Irvin has spent more than 30 years in commercial construction. He began as a finish carpenter in the mid-1990s, working on national restaurant projects before moving into project supervision.
As a project superintendent, Scott oversaw site construction and the full building process. That experience gave him an understanding of how detailed interior finish work fits into the larger commercial project.
In 2010, Scott began building a commercial subcontracting business focused on finish carpentry, millwork, doors and hardware, fixtures, seating packages, and other interior installations. The business became Irvin, Inc. in 2014.
Today, Scott leads a team of skilled carpenters serving general contractors and commercial clients throughout Indiana. The company’s work includes restaurants, banks, medical facilities, amenity centers, and other commercial spaces.
